  • There are many alternatives to cane sugar. One substitute I use is coconut sugar. It is similar in flavor to brown sugar and can be substituted 1:1.

How to make your springform pan truly non stick: 
  • Place parchment paper on the bottom of the springform pan.
  • Attach ring to secure parchment paper. 
  • Cut off extra parchment paper.
